Our high-speed SMT line is equipped with advanced AOI and in-line testing to ensure precision and reliability from the start.
Complemented by a low atmospheric soldering furnace and a multi-head selective soldering oven, our production process meets even the most demanding soldering requirements. We leverage multiple robotic assembly lines, along with wire and ribbon bonding, ultrasonic welding, and automated conformal coating, to streamline production while maintaining strict quality standards. Additionally, our facilities include automated systems for two-part compound application, as well as precise thermal paste and glue dispensing, ensuring every component is optimally assembled for superior performance.
